- Students must have a valid BC driver’s licence with them for every lesson
- Payment must be made in full before the lesson starts
- Each lesson is 60 minutes, with at least 50 minutes of driving
- If the instructor is late, the missed time will be made up during the lesson or added to a future lesson
- If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
- SkyTrain pick-up/drop-off is available
- Preferred-location pick-up and drop-off are available. Lessons are one-on-one. An observer may join for an additional fee, depending on the situation. This can be discussed on-site
- All lessons and packages are non-transferable
- Completed lessons and road-test sessions are non-refundable
- Students are responsible for booking their own road test with ICBC
- All prepaid lessons must be completed within
- months of payment. Unused lessons cannot be refunded or rescheduled after this period
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may be subject to a rescheduling fee
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the scheduled lesson
- Students will receive an electronic copy of the Drive With Ali policies
- Drive With Ali cannot guarantee a road-test pass. Results depend on the student’s performance and readiness
- Road-test packages and vehicle rentals may be booked without previous lessons. Full payment is required once the booking is confirmed
